Every new client begins with a Home Cleaning Consultation. This allows us to walk your space, understand your goals, and build a customized service plan that fits your home’s needs.

To reserve your consultation, Typically a $25 deposit is required. This deposit is applied to your first cleaning and confirms your appointment on our schedule. However we are waiving all deposits on all consults!

2.) Your Customized Cleaning Plan

During your consultation, we assess:

  • the size of your home

  • the current condition

  • your cleaning goals

  • any areas needing special attention

You’ll receive a clear, transparent quote based on your home — no surprises, no guesswork, no generic pricing.

3.) Secure Your Cleaning Date

Once your quote is approved, an invoice is sent to reserve your cleaning appointment. Payment before service is required to secure your date.

To help us deliver the best results, we ask that surfaces are reasonably accessible and personal items are put away. This allows us to focus fully on cleaning rather than organizing.

6.) Rescheduling & Cancellations

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for your home. Payments and deposits are non‑refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled with adequate notice.
